ABOUT THIS TALK
During this introductory talk, you’ll hear Justine share her experiences with meditation, the benefits you can expect from taking the 3 Day Learn to Meditate course, an explanation of the meditation technique taught and the structure of the course. There will be plenty of time for Q+A.
This is a free talk and there is no obligation to sign up for the Learn To Meditate course. The goal is to leave you feeling fully informed, so you can decide if this three day course is for you.
